I have made this recipe on many occations....love the simple dressing...very tasty...I usually stick to a romaine lettuce...but the Bibb is great!

Loverly! (as are so many of Emeril's recipes. I've sometimes had this served on iceberg but prefer the bibb. It's always nice to have a terrific go-to salad when friends comes to lunch and one friend, to whom I've served this salad 3 or 4 times, now says she'll decline my next luncheon invitation if I don't plan to again serve this! Out of all the Cobb Salad recipes I've tried, This one is by FAR the BEST! I made it for my brother(the ultimate picky eater and even he loved it

I needed to make a salad that didn't take a lot of time, yet had great flavor and didn't look like another boring salad. Emeril is fabulous, so I trusted his recipe for the cobb salad and I recieved so many compliments on the flavor and also my presentation of the salad! Thank you so much!
