I made this recipe last night and it rocked. I did add lemon juice and dill to my mayo. I think what makes this recipe so tasty is the Essence on the shrimp. It's a really good seasoning.

These were even better than the ones I had at the beach. The whole family loved them. Recipe is easy to follow, relatively quick, and makes a delicious sandwich!

The "Essence" used in this recipe is fabulous! I truly enjoyed my po boys!

The drudge (Essence, cornmeal, flour is appropriate for all seafood.

This recipe was so easy and was very tasty. The shrimp are tender and the spice is just right. My daughter-in-law prepared used this recipe and I had to request a copy so that I can make this yummy shrimp sandwich.

The recipe listed was easy and very simple to follow. One point to consider is the cooking time for the shrimp. Cooking time depends considerably on the size of the shrimp as I used medium-size shrimp so I had to adjust the cooking time from the listed 4 minutes to approximately 2 minutes per batch and the shrimp were simply tender and delicious! Great Recipe!
