This bread pudding was a hit. I served this after a gumbo and it still got its just due. The guests loved it.

A decadent delight well worth the relatively easy prep, liberal use of spirits...:-. I would just add a few dashes of cinnamon in the rum sauce while cooking.

I made the entire dinner all of it from the show for a surprise dinner for my husband for our anniversary and everything was to die for. It was like being on a tropical island.
