This ham is great,my family really enjoy it each time I have made it. I have baked it twice for Christmas. My ninty year old mother ask me to make it again this year for dinner. She said it is the best she has every had. My family always ask if I am going to make the Cola Ham. Thanks Emeril it is absolutely wonderful.

This was my first time making a Ham for dinner....This Ham was incredible....so moist with just the right amount of sweetness. I had a hard time keeping my family a way until my entire meal was complete. Thank-you again Emeril for such a wonderful recipe.

Absolutely wonderful. We don't cook ham any other way. The last time I changed the cola to Cherry Flavored Dr. Pepper. It worked out great. Cooking it for Christmas Eve dinner.

Made this earlier in the year for Easter, and I've been asked to make it again for a birthday party Saturday. The glaze is wonderful - even for someone like me who is not a big cherry fan. Super moist!

The first time I made this was last Christmas. Since then I've made it twice. My family and friends rave about it and it looks so attractive, too. Thanks Emeril!

We bought a cheap ham and used this recipe for the glaze. This was the absolute best ham any of us have ever had. It beat out honey baked hams by a long shot!!!!

I HAVE NEVER MADE A HAM GLAZE BEFORE, THIS WAS VERY GOOD.

THE HAM WAS MOIST AND THE FLAVOR OF THE GLAZE WAS IN EVERY PIECE

OF THE HAM. I USED ORANGE EXTRACT INSTEAD OF THE GRAND MARNIER

(CHEAPER I WILL USE THIS RECIPE WHENEVER I MAKE A HAM.

    THANKS EMERIL!
