Excellent! Made this for Easter. With just 3 people, I made a 6.75 lb ham so I halved the cola, allspice, but made the full amount of the cherry-orange glaze to have for sauce with dinner and leftovers. The ham was so moist and tasty! The basting, etc. is a pain, but well worth it. Also, by opening the oven every 15 minutes, it seemed to take a lot longer to cook and oven temp only averaged about 310, after cooking the amount of time for the 12-15 lb and still barely being warm in the center, I finally turned it up to 350 to cook and put on the glaze. Next time I will start at 350 degrees. Will definitely make again!

I made this for Easter this year, and it was Fantastic! It was easy to make but tasted gourmet! This is our Ham recipe from now on! This is a very "forgiving" recipe. You can add things or change this a bit and still came out Fantastic. You can use cherry cola or other flavored colas with great results.

First time doing this recipe, and it was amazing. The presentation is good, the taste is good and it was moist for a cooked ham. Follow the recipe with exact amounts, but left more minutes for second part, brushing, to reach 130. ( 1 hour. Perfect. Last year I tried Alton's recipe with ginger cookies and it was not moist and weird taste. I recommend this one. Thanks!

This ham is most wonderful, my family couldn't get enough. The cherry glaze is truly its crowning glory; I set a dish of it on the table to lightly drizzle the ham and I think my father-in-law might have just taken the entire dish for himself if he could have gotten away with it. I have also tried it with cranberry sierra mist...just as incredible.

She said it is the best she has every had. My family always ask if I am going to make the Cola Ham. Thanks Emeril it is absolutely wonderful.

This was my first time making a Ham for dinner....This Ham was incredible....so moist with just the right amount of sweetness. I had a hard time keeping my family a way until my entire meal was complete. Thank-you again Emeril for such a wonderful recipe.

Absolutely wonderful. We don't cook ham any other way. The last time I changed the cola to Cherry Flavored Dr. Pepper. It worked out great. Cooking it for Christmas Eve dinner.

Made this earlier in the year for Easter, and I've been asked to make it again for a birthday party Saturday. The glaze is wonderful - even for someone like me who is not a big cherry fan. Super moist!
