A success for our Christmas dinner! The leftover ham was incredible in soup.

I fixed this ham the first time for our family Christmas Dinner this year. It will be the only way I'll bake a ham from now on. Moist, tasty, extremely easy. I got rave reviews from the family, and they are tough critics! I was planning on leftovers, but all I had left was the bone!!! Thanks Emeril.

This was easy and the sauce was fantastic. I love

Grand Manier. I could "detect" it for sure.

Christmas dinner will be special this year!

this was truly fantastic. I used a ham about half the size the recipe calls for and so obviously cut down on the coke. i made the whole glaze recipe, though, and kept on basting and glazing. it is melt-in-your-mouth-have-never-loved-ham-but-now-am-an-addict good.

I tried this recipe much to my brother's dismay- He was a die-hard honey glaze man. He absolutely LOVED it! Easy and delicious, loved the cherry glaze!even without the liqueur.

I like a glazier glaze I guess. Flavor was okay, but it wasn't as moist as I'd like. I'll go back for now to my own recipe. But I'll keep looking.

you would never know you used coke in this recipie. It sounds strange, but this was a moist, very flavorful ham and the glaze is out of this world. It made a ham eater out of my ultra picky 6 year old!
