It was amazing! The sauce was so good I wanted to drink it right out of the bowl. I'm for sure going to try the sauce on chicken and pork chops. The ham was tender, and made great leftovers. I made it for my dad and mom inlaws 35th anniversary and I would trust non other then Emeril for such a special event. They love baked ham and between the four of us there wasn't many leftovers left. The presentation looked beautiful, just like off a cover of a magazine. Make it for someone you love and you'll see their eyes light up .

This was an extremely good and tasty way to prepare a ham. We did it for Thanksgiving instead of a turkey and it was very successful. Buying a pre-cooked ham is a huge plus as it lowers cooking time. Having to baste every 15 minutes and every 5 minutes at the end was a little over the top, but the easyness of the recipe and taste was well worth it.

I think my expectations might have been too high after reading all of the reviews. Also, I had to get a smaller ham and it was boneless because that's what they had at the store. At any rate, the recipe is technically easy, but you're basting every fifteen minutes for two hours (yes, my smaller ham took longer after glazing than the recipe says to reach the desired temp. And, speaking of the glaze, mine was as liquid as the cola, and ran right off as I basted it on, so I can't see the purpose of putting it on separately after cooking awhile. I will say this, it looked beautiful when I took it out of the oven, and was very, very moist. I'm not sure that it was more flavorful than a regular ham, though, and if you've priced Grand Marnier, you'd probably expect to be able to taste it, for the money, but I couldn't detect the Grand Marnier at all. Overall, it's expensive, and time-consuming, but yummy.

Better than my mom's. The bone with a little meat left on it, makes really good bean soup!!!

I wasn't too sure of baking the ham with 2 litres of Coca-Cola...but WOW what results! The ham was so moist with a subtle sweetness to it that made everyone come back for seconds. I agree...this will the ham for celebrations for years to come!

I made this for my family this last Christmas, and it was the best ham that I've ever made! The glaze was very good. You will not be dissapointed.

I always boiled my hams before I baked them(to get rid of the salt. And boy did I learn my lesson.Stick with what you know. This recipe was very salty and now I`m wondering if I could boil the ham after all of this? But I must confess, this is the first recipe that didn`t work for me.You be the judge.

I loved this ham and so did everyone else that ate it. It was my first ham and I was scared to death but it turned out fantastic! So moist and flavorful. It was gorgeous to look at too! My family thinks I am a terrific cook and was so impressed. Thanks!
