This is a great soup. It looks strange, since it's green. But if your people are easy and willing to try, it tastes great. My husband, 76, loved it. Even though I made it in a healthy fashion with fat-free chicken broth and fat-free half and half, and half the butter. I like creme fraiche, rather than sour cream, for the teaspoon swirl. It's only a teaspoon or two, swirled through, but for a light version like mine, it adds a lot of richness.
