Emeril does it again! I doubled the garlic and cilantro because I love them, but this would have been great without them. The sauce has the same ingrediants as the salad, so that is nice. Yum!

This was a great salad once I re-made the dressing. I cut the amount of soy sauce to 1 tablespoon. 1/4 cup is too much. I also added a dash of rice wine vinegar. I also added sliced snap peas On a hot day this was a nice refreshing cool salad.

I thought the taste was rather bland...tasted better the first day, not great as leftovers and doesn't look terribly appetizing with use of the soba noodles

This is a recipe that my husband and I make all the time. It's a little labor intensive, but the end result is well worth the effort.

I made this last night. I agree it is a little heavy on the soy and fish sauce, but we enjoyed the flavor anyway. Didn't use the jalepeno because my husband doesn't care for them. Used the soba noodles so the appearance wasn't exactly pretty.

the recipe looked good but the final product was not that slightly sweet, peanutty flavor i was looking for. this one is good if you want your noodles on the salty and fishy side.

We loved this recipe and will be making it often. It makes a lot of noodles so it's perfect for a pot luck or family picnic. But don't worry if there are only a few of you for dinner as it makes great leftovers and keeps well in the fridge. We enjoyed it so much it's all we wanted to eat for 3 days!
