WOW! What a fantastic soup. Like the others I prefer it warm but this is absolutely fantastic!

This soup is fantastic! I served it warm which I think is much better. Even my husband loved it and he doesn't eat anything.

This dish is a real sleeper. I almost passed it up, but had the beans and the pancetta on hand. The puree (soup is heavenly and creamy. Making it is very easy. My family likes it better warm, instead of the chilled version called for in the recipe. Either way, this is a keeper and a regular in my kitchen.
