WOW! This newly opened recipe from 2007 worked well in 2009.
Easter - never cooked lamb prior to this recipe- it was GOOD!!!!!
Paired the spice of the crust with a superbland side- couscous/crostini/zucchini and a California Pinot Noir. Delicious! Thanks for making my Easter so special.
