I love this dish. I am from the south and this fits right in at any family gathering or reunion. The cayenne pepper gives it a nice kick.

My family loved this. It had the same sweetness as traditional corn pudding but with the addition of a little bit of warmth (from the cayenne and more substance from the wild rice. I would definitely make this again.

I was a bit hesitant at first about making this, but it ended up really good. You don't really taste the wild rice, but it provides a nice texture. I would make it again, but might replace the corn with ground meat or something like that.

This recipe was delicious! I made it for Thanksgiving dinner, and everyone loved it! I was scared about the cayenne pepper, as I don't like spicy food...but this had just a slight kick to it and it was wonderful! I am definitely going to make this recipe again!

This recipe is wonderful. When I made it the first time I was amazed at how creamy it is. I don't like spicy foods, but I loved the amount of spice in this - it's just enough to really bring out the other flavors. I never have leftovers with this dish - we really like it! Thanks Emeril!!!

It did not come out very pudding-like. I think that the rice takes away from sweet creamy corn pudding that I'm used to.
