I've made this twice, is very easy to follow and always a crowd pleaser. I usually kick it up a notch with the cayenne pepper.

i made this dish shortly after homecoming, and fed a bunch of my eager friends. they absolutely LOVED it, and i have to say, it's an amazing blend of flavors. i regretted not buying more corn muffins because i wanted to make more immediately afterwards!

I decided to make a nice dinner last night at the last minute and this recipe caught my eye. I usually hate the pounding and rolling as it is too time consuming. I needed to get rid of some energy and boy did I have fun. The results were a crowd pleaser and there was not a drop left on the plate. The only thing I had trouble with was the glaze..it never really thickened. I only had orange marmalade and would absolutely look for the apricot next time to see if it makes a difference.

This chicken made for an elegant dinner party and everyone wanted the recipe. I've since made the glaze and used this brown, bake and glaze technique with several other cuts of meat. Delish!

I had cornbread leftover and this recipe worked out great. Very easy to make and pretty quick too. Served it with some pasta w/ pesto sauce. My son enjoyed it too. Thanks!

This was a little time-consuming, but easy to follow and a wonderfully flavored dish. I'm going to try it with pork chops tonight instead of chicken. Can't WAIT!

I made this the other night and my family loved it. It not only looks beautiful but is also delicious and not at all difficult to make. I didn't have the ingredients from Sarabeth (which I'm sure are wonderful! so I had to substitute them with items from my grocery store. I think this would be a great dish for company, the roulades could be make the day ahead and refrigerated.

As a novice cook, I thought this receipe was easier to fix than I thought. I did go with about a 3:1 versus the receipe 1:1 ratio of marmalade to broth for a sweeter slightly thicker glaze.
