I added yellow and red bell peppers with the onions. It was super easy and lots of flavor. Put a couple of over easy eggs on top and served it with a bowl of fruit and toast. Yum Yum!

It tasted like corned beef hash. Good and I would make it again but nothing exceptional.

Loved this hash! The only thing I did differently was to put the corned beef through my meat grinder. Gave it more of the consistency I like. Other than that, just perfect the way it is! Thanks!

We enjoyed this dish. It was a slight change to an already favorite recipe. The corn beef added a salty taste and finer texture to the dish.

Was looking for a way to use the corned beef and cabbage form last night. This seemed to be the simplest recipe on FN, and it was. Pre-chopped and frozen onions and bell pepper made this super fast. (I did add about 1/3 cup bell pepper. Turned out great all the way around. I used my Dutch oven and just covered handles with foil so that I could put it in the oven. Fantastic breakfast.

Was looking for a good recipe for hash that I could incorporate some leftover Kahlua Pig...this was it. I cooked in on the stove top in a well seasoned iron skillet. After I added the potatoes, I covered with a lid and let it cook on the stove top for another 5-7 min. After 10 minutes in the oven, I removed and added some shredded cheddar cheese (white sharp and put it back in the warm oven to melt for about 3 minutes. The results were incredible..definitely a repeat.

I used canned shredded corned beef and steamed the diced potatoes. Then I sauteed everything in a large heavy iron skillet, put in the oven and BAM! fantastic crispy hash!! My father-in-law and husband cleaned their plates; best hash they ever had, and it's so easy!! Cheap too if you use the canned corned beef! Definitely a keeper.
