This was an incredibly simple recipe with phenomenal results! I have exchanged the orange flower water with various juices because no stores in my area have orange flower water. I occasionally add more juice than shown to give it a fruity flavor, and it has been delicious every way. My husband absolutely loves these and insists I bring a plate to his employees every time I make them. Thanks for this big hit recipe!

Thank you, Emeril. I've been struggling with danish dough for months and just couldn't get it right. The filling is exactly what I wanted to produce and the puff pastry took all of that try, fail, try again out of the equation. These are light, flaky, and delicious.

This recipe was easier than I thought it would be. I substatuted the orange water for about a tablespoon of dill weed and it was wonderful.
