We love this recipe. It combines our favorite foods..Oysters and spinach then you add the warm bacon dressing. Nothing is better than pork fat. And the topper....crunchy home made potato chips. All the different textures and flavors. It is a little bit of work, but soooo good. Well worth the effort.

I only made the spinach with the dressing. I did not make the oysters or the chips, but the hot bacon dressing was superb!
