the steak turned out perfect....the gravy turned out a little thin for me...i returned it to a boil for about 2 minutes to thickin up a bit and it was a little better...next time i will use a 1/2 cup less of milk and a little bit more salt....regardless for my first time making it was almost as good as moms....

I guess my steaks were too thick... I didn't even have the pan on high and the first one burnt. The sauce, however, was very good... I am going to use this method to make pork cutlets in the future.

For some reason I couldnt get the breaded to stay on the steak. Plus I had a giant mess in the kitchen afterwards, its ok but not worth making again.

This is a good cfs recipe but I can't tell you enough how important it is to tenderize the meat very well.On the show Emerald uses a device called a jacard I highly recomend using one of these very thoroughly.Otherwise you will need to pound it until it's almost falling appart.Hey thanks again Emerald.
