    First attempt at the Red Eye gravy, and I thought it was pretty good. But I think part of my problem was 1 Boneless ham & 2 Not having the fresh made buttermilk biscuits, used up some leftovers!

    This is good gravy, but it is not Red Eye. Just because it was cooked by someone in the South does not make this Red Eye Gravy.

    I thought the biscuits were great, I make a bunch for meals and my kids and husband eat them up. Very moist and have great flavor.
