    I love this recipe.
It made making ribs easier for me....as I could plan the rest of my dinner around them as they cooked in the pot....
As far as the vinegar.... I've always adjusted recipes to my own taste.

I loved the ribs and the tenderess. I added corn and red potatos like a normal crab boil. I found the sauce to have so much vinager that it took my breath. I fixed it by adding molasses. Beware of the strong sauce.

Sure the ribs were tender- boiling will do that. The sauce is what makes the ribs and this one was awful. I tried adding more brown sugar and honey and letting cook longer like other reviewers mentioned. Still was yuk. The horseradish was too overpowering. I use crab & shrimp boil for seafood, and love it but not crazy about the flavor on pork. I will have to try Emeriil's other recipe with beans next time.

A little work, but worth the effort. I tripled the recipe and used it for a family gathering. Everyone loved it. It's on my keeper file!

Ribs really were fantastic. Reducing the sauce I found the vinegar way to strong so I added another 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup of honey. It really made a difference.

Rather than broiling them I finished them on the gas grill. Carmelized them up fantastic.

My daughter wears braces but loves ribs. This recipe made everyone happy. I only had dry crab boil so I used about 2T vice the liquid and had a family pack of ribs which was about 3 1/2 lb.'s. Finally, I used KC Masterpiece sauce due to time. Came out divinely. One neat trick I did was boil corn on the cob in the same liquid while the meat went into the broiler. Great meal.

In the bbq sauce, inside of the cayenne, I used smoked jalapeno powder and added some honey.. How absolutely delicious they were!

This recipe was easy to follow, even though it is rated intermediate. Great bbq sause, only modification was crab juice was left out. The guys at the fire house loved it.

I have always boiled my country ribs first but adding the seasoning added another layer of flavor. I used myown bbq sauce and the ribs were finger licking good!
