My family is not pleased with pork of any kind but I love it so tried this recipe.
They ate every bit of it and raved even after I told them it was pork. A huge hit in my house and a new addition to my recipe box.

Had to fix this twice in one week, HINT add about a 3rd of cup of fresh honey to the sauce and cook over med heat for about 60 mins, the longer the better. BEST RIBS IVE EVER HAD

This was quite different from traditional BBQ, which personally I perfer the grilled version over this method. That being said, this is a good recipe for those who live in the city or do not have the ability to use a grill or smoker. The tasty sweet sauce blended well with the carb-boil which has an underlying flavor of something your guest will taste, but can't quite put their finger on. The ribs were very tender and had nice level of heat coupled with the sweet sauce, it wasn't hard to gobble them up. If your looking for something different to do with these type of ribs, give it a try. I can almost gaurantee you've not had anything like these ribs before. That's of course considering that you didn't accidentally drop your ribs in the crab pot on your way to the grill - then I may be wrong!

I will never cook these ribs any other way! These are the best, most tender! I did not use the crab boil but used all else to boil, these are awesome!

I thought I made decent country style ribs, but this recipe is beyond belief. Never have I tasted such succulent and tender ribs with just the right amount of spices and heat. This certainly will be on my top 10 list.

This recipe is awesome! I love using crab-boil to cook with, and the flavor it added to the ribs was great. No more leftovers!

Very good ribs. I did cut the recipe down for a small family. Very tender! Will make again!
