I made this recipe a few times already and it is wonderful. The ribs come out so tender and flavorful. We won't eat country style ribs anyother way. Thanks Emeril!

What a nice surprise this recipe was. The ribs were so tender they practically fell off the bone and the flavor was fantastic! The smell in the house when they were cooking was unbelievable! Even my 6 year old said "What smells so good? I want some!". I am going to take the suggestion to use the cooking water for soup tomorrow. I bet it will taste great. I did cheat and used KC Masterpiece bbq sauce, but it was YUMMY! Thanks Emeril!!!!!

If you love to eat ribs and have been hesitant to make them yourself at home, this is easy. You can't mess it up. My husband is a VERY picky eater and he loved them.

My husband frowns if I say 'ribs for supper' since he translates this to mean lots of bones, some fat, and very little meat that you have to work for, but when I made this recipe, he changed his mind about ribs!!! These are extremely meaty, fork tender, and very filling so he loved them after working a long day at the coal mine. They freeze well and I plan to use the leftover stock for soup tomorrow so it's a menu stretcher as well. Definitely a keeper in the recipe box!

I love pork ribs, but was looking for something with more meat, but yet tender for my 84 yr old mother. I did not have the crab boil mixture, but used two envelopes of Emeril essence instead. This was a hit with my whole family. After skimmimg the fat off the pre-boil mixture, I made a pot of pork, vegetable soup that was also a winner by adding diced tomatoes, garbonza beans, sliced mushrooms, mixed frozen vegetables, shredded pork meat, etc. Looking forward to making this again!
