This was a huge hit! I've never used fresh cranberries before, but this was easy and delicious. My husband has requested it for all turnkey meals from now on!

First attempt using fresh cranberries The taste of both sweet and sour is great. Easy to follow and will definitely be using this recipe again.

Best cranberry suace I have ever made. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup and it turned out excellent. A great blend of tartness and sweet.

I have tried a different recipe every year for the last 7 years. We finally have found the cranberry sauce recipe we will use from here on out! I will cut back on the sugar just a wee bit. But this sauce rocks!! It was y-u-m-m-y on turkey sandwiches!! Thanks Emeril.

Most people hear cranberry sauce and say "ewwww"! this one was a super hit. It was a great variation of a traditional dish. It was SUPER on turkey sandwiches the next day.

This was the most delicious cranberry sauce! Wonderful texture, flavorful and very easy to prepare, it is a new and permanent addition to our family's regular Thanksgiving menu.
This cranberry sauce was such a hit at Thanksgiving meal, I was asked for the recipe by a guest who copied it down right there at table as she ate her pumpkin pie!
