I saw this on TV while working at the firehouse last year (Emeril is on TV a LOT at the firehouse, some even went to Chef school. I made it at the firehouse, guys loved it. My family doesn't like cranberries and 4 people are diabetic. For my family, I used Splenda in place of sugar and my family absolutely RAVED about it! There is a difference (just a bit from Splenda. I even made a huge batch, froze it and used it throughout the year since I cannot get fresh cranberries after Thanksgiving here. Big, big hit here.

Served this at Thanksgiving. Absolutely delicious. Makes regular cranberry sauce seem ordinary.

This was easy and delicious. Family loved the recipe. I stirred in a couple tablespoons of Grand Marnier, this made it over the top. I can't wait to try this with a pork roast. Yummy.
