By far one of the best cranberry relishes I have ever made. I was asked to bring a cranberry dish for Easter dinner. Even people who weren't fans of cranberry sauce loved this. It's also great on ham or turkey sandwiches. This is a real keeper.

My mom has made this two thanksgivings in a row and I want this in year round rotation. It really is a perfect side dish to anything we serve for the holidays, so refreshing and special. I think it is my favorite thing on our table. Thank you Emeril.

Was very pleased with the relish although I just used one jalepeno and added a handful of ch. pecans. Very tasty !

The traditional relish favorite with an unexpected zing - enough to make it interesting without going over the top.

This was fabulous! My brother even spread it on crackers and tortilla chips as a late night snack!

The Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish was a huge success last Thanksgiving and I am doing it again this year. Although i did deviate a little and put a little Orange Liqueur in with the sauce. No one seemed to mind. The relish has the right amount of fire and sweetness.

I always make a cooked cranberry sauce and thought it might be fun to have a second one that was completely different. The relish was a big hit and I will definitely make it again - maybe an extra jalapeno next time. Really good and different - won't just make it for Thanksgiving!

This relish was easy to make and really packs some great flavor. A must for those that cannot eat without some "heat" and not too overpowering for those that adventure into more spicy only on occassion. Make it in advance and let the flavors really get to work.
