    Simple & delicious... We had leftover crawfish and corn from a crawfish boil. I used the crawfish from the boil and threw in the corn as well... I didn't have any brandy so I just left it out... but we will definitely be making this again!

    We watched this and knew we had to try it. The whole family could not get enough. This is the most wonderful dish. I would serve this for the people I love the most. This recipe is the tops.

    Tastes great in the puff pastry. Crawfish mixture was easy to prepare. So was the puff pastry once I got the hang of it. Watching Emeril make this on his "Emeril Live" show really helped. This dish will be a regular at our house now. Thanks Emeril!
