Place ice cubes in a blender and crush. Add the fruit, yogurt, juice, rum, and lime juice and process on high speed until frothy and thick. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top each with 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
I did this recipe without the rum in that we do not drink and I do have young kids. It was good and healthy. My kids wanted more sweetness so next time I may try it with vanilla yogurt.

Ok I haven't had a chance to make this but....... why would you have rum for breakfast and I am under a legal drinking age!!!!!!!!!

These were very good and refreshing. I just don't see them as a breakfast meal with the rum in it.
