    I made this last evening for my husband. It was the hit of the meal. I usually do not like cooked spinach, but this was fantastic! I halved the recipe for the two of us and it was more than enough. I will definitely make this again.

    I always use recipes as a guide for what I am trying to make the first time. With this recipe I add some grated parmesan cheese. It turned out great.

    If you stick to the recipe, (word for wordit makes for a great tasting side. I use this one often. This dish gives you more options for a green veggie!
