Served this last night as a bed for braised short ribs. It was creamy and delicious! I will definitely make it again.

Had this as a side to sauteed chicken, it was perfect. Easy to make, great creamy texture, perfect flavor. Will make again.

first time i tried it very creamy.i don"t think its kid friendly. My daughter didn't like it although my husband and i did like it and i ended up with a large quantity than the 4 servings.

Great recipe although 2 cuos polenta much too much reduce to 1 cup to obtain the creamy texture, eitherwise bake it ,,,,put in a baking tin with baking paper to avoid sticking and bake in the oven for 25min at 200"C.....
I added light cream i.s.o crene fraishe and added shredded gouda about 1 cup...fantastic .....also added veg stock i.s.o water....great recipe as you can use many variations with it and only gets better..........

Great starter polenta recipe. Also, all polenta no matter the recipe needs constant stirring to avoid the lumps. Great recipe that you can expand upon.

found that without constant stirring the polenta went lumpy and I was forced to take my immersion blender to it. Also went to stiff with listed cook time, could have knocked off 10-15min. All and all the taste was good and the polenta virgins I was cooking for didn't know the difference.

I altered the recipe a bit by sauteing chopped garlic and rosemary in the butter before adding chicken broth (instead of water and half and half (instead of milk. I added Parmesan and mozzarella (instead of creme fraiche to finish. Truly delicious!
