I made this sauce to go with "meatloaf rings." That's a recipe from Sunny. Make a meatloaf mix, and smush it into bell pepper rings. Fry on both sides, then add the sauce to the pan. Bake at 350° for about 20-30 minutes. I served with dirty rice. Mmm.

Wow! This was so fun to make! It is so delicious! I through in rice, smoked sausage, shrimp, and bacon and mixed it all together. It was out of this world. Great tasting stuff!

Excellent, simple and perfectly elegant. I prepared and served with grilled Spanish Mackeral fillets that were basted with butter and a dry creole rub. 4-star restaurant quality! Thank you.
