This was an excellent recipe. Instead of serving as a salad, I served as an appetizer with the oysters in their half shell. I added the chili-corn sauce to the bottom of the shell and placed the fried oyster on top. My grocery store was out of mache, so I added a leaf of watercress to each oyster shell. It looked beautiful and everyone raved.
