    I omitted the butter and the lemon but this recipe was fantastic. The chicken and potatoes were rich, flavorful and moist. Best of all, everything cooks quickly. I made giblet gravy with the pan drippings to be used with another meal.

    Easy and great tasting. I turned the chicken over about halfway through in the oven because I thought the skin side might get too brown.

    I omitted the lemon because it tasted great without it. I will definitely be making this again because you get delicious chicken in 20 mins. I didn't try the potatoes so I can't comment on them.

    I'll be the first to admit, I'm not the greatest cook in the world when it comes to main dishes. I love to cook, and I really do try... but most of the time, the results are less than spectacular. However, even I wasn't able to mess up this dish! This was absolutely amazing! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the herbs were just perfect. Just follow the recipe as closely as possible, and you'll be glad you tried this one. Just my opinion, but I think chicken legs and thighs turn out better than breasts with this particular recipe. Next time, I think I'll just use the dark meat.

    This chicken recipe was amazing- and Sunday dinner was able to be made in no time at all. I'm thinking we are going to have this as an option for Christmas dinner this year. YUMMY!

    Wonderful recipe, full of flavor. I love cooking in cast iron that in itself gives a great flavor. A must try for anyone.
