Delicious lamb dish that is very easy and beautiful - seasonings dripped into the pan and made a delicious gravy with the simple addition of broth.

We made this for Easter dinner (doubled for 13 people. It was fantastic. Good enough to make a vegetarian try it....and help herself to seconds. Easy to make and impressive to serve.

recipe was great!-and easy. except.....the recipe calls for 35 minutes of cook time (explicitly. in reality, it should be 30-35 minutes per pound! take it from us, we lerned the hard way. now that you have the timing right, enjoy.
