    We love this, and regularly get asked to bring it to neighborhood parties. Love the combination of the sweet, smokey peppers and the sharp, savory feta.

    I made this dip for my fiance, who likes feta, but he thought the feta taste was too intense. I added a cup of mayonaise to tone it down, and now it's edible, but still pretty strong.
