I made the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and the batter turned out great. The perfect recipe for 12 cupcakes. I did add an extra tablespoon of cocoa powder just for a more chocolate flavor! Easy, no fuss recipe.

this vanilla icing was to die for!! right on the mark...I hate icings that are buttercream based because it feels like you are eating a mouth full of flavored butter...yuck!! This icing recipe had the perfect balance between butter, powdered sugar and flavor...and it was sooooo easy!! I have tried tons of icing recipes and this one takes the cake!! (no pun intended loved this...!!!!

Delicious! Cupcakes were moist and flavorful! I used a mini muffin pan and baked them for 15 minutes. Crowd pleaser!

These cup cakes were both moist and delicious. Their flavor is a bit "eggy" compared to store bought mixes and the texture is a bit heavy, but they still taste great!

Like Rachael Ray, I do NOT bake! However this recipe was straight forward to complete. The results of the Chocolate Cup Cakes were delicious. To "kick it up a notch" add brewed coffee instead of the hot water and you will have a wonderful treat. Thanks Food Network, for turning a great cook/lousy baker into a decent baker!
