    We served a shrimp boil for our Iowa Hawkeye tailgating group when we played Louisiana this fall. I made sure to have plenty of extra potatoes garlic & onions to use in this recipe. Everyone I shared the salad with thought it was great, a nice change up from the traditional potato salad! We will use it again when we have the next boil over the holidays.
