Made this twice now I really like it. The Steak is very flavorful and the sauce is great. I did have a problem the second time I made it...seem all the spices on the steak seamed to peel off the steak and burn? Did I do something wrong, too much heat, or possibly cooked too long? Overall very good recipe.

I made Emerils homemade worcestershire sauce a year ago. I canned it and use it all the time. You cannot believe how good this is. It will make all the difference in any recipe, but especially in a bloody mary!! Great with the steak of course too!
