    I made these deviled eggs last week for my son who turned 36. I doubled the recipe for 20 eggs (allot of people i followed the recipe except for the jalapeno was not to sure if everyone would like the chile. But everyone loved them they were asking how i made them. Thank you Emeril !!!

    Easy to make and my family loved it! Served as an app. before Thanksgiving dinner. The boys scarfed them down and asked for more.

    Just made this recipe in preparation for the upcoming holiday season. Made it with jalapenos...it was excellent! I didn't have the white wine vinegar so I did half white cooking wine and half vinegar and it tasted just fine to me! I tend to not like deviled eggs from a lot of people/places because of the amount of vinegar, but these were truly great!

    Great recipe. Simple and yummy! My family loved both the spicy and the regular. Garnished them with smoked paprika, a chive stem, and cayenne pepper.

    My daughter made these deviled eggs for our family Easter dinner and they got more reviews than the honey baked ham! They were delicious! We plan on making this a permanent part of the Easter meal and beyond!

    Some people like the taste of hard-boiled eggs, but I don't. People in my family love it.....but I guess i'll try it again later:
