A little too vinegary for me. I'll omit the white wine vinegar next time; although I used Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise so that could be the culprit.

OMG!!! These are the best eggs ever. I tripled the recipe and used 24 drops of Emeril's Kick it Up hot sauce. Incredible.

My mom made thee best deviled eggs, hands down. But after trying this recipe I have to say it's a tie! These are SO good! I made them for Thanksgiving as something different then my mom's usual recipe. Everyone raved about how good they were. They have just enough kick to them. I made them all with the jalapeno mixture.

I tripled this recipe for our Thanksgiving holiday. Needed to add an additional 2 T. mayo to make smooth enough for a pastry bag. Will probably make the whole batch the spicey version next time. Big hit!

After making these for my children one day, the next day they asked me to make them again specifically asking for the spicy version. I knew I enjoyed the rich spicy flavor of the jalapenos and Frank's hot sauce, but they did too.

My grandmother never used to put relish or anything fancy in her eggs - just mix the yolks with mayo and yellow mustard. I was looking for a recipe that had a little more to it than Grandmas but without the relish (YUCK!. These are excellent and Deviled Eggs are my FAVORITE Turkey-Day dish!

I made 2 dozen devilled eggs for my DH's graduation party and received rave reviews for it. 6 months after the party the guests are still telling me how great the devilled eggs were so I am making them again now for my sons birthday party! I made the jalapeno version....YUMMY!

I've made these several times, and each time, it's always tasted yummy! It is a very "light" tasting deviled egg - not like the usual. One change: I substituted cayenne pepper for hot sauce; for a little extra kick.
