My dad and I were trying to find some new holiday recipes for the family since we had been eating the same ones since I was a baby, so we decided to try these since he is a big fan of Emeril's. They were amazing! Light and fluffy with no heavy after taste and my favorite part -- they are very easy to make. I highly recommend these to add a little life to your dinner!

I wanted a deviled egg that had a little kick to it so I tried these. The jalepeno definitly makes it. If you don't like spicy just make without the jalepeno. I made half with and half without for a party. They were all gone.

This was a very quick fix with simple ingredients for the most part. They needed to sit for a bit in the refridgerator, I think, but overall, they were mmMmm good!

These were delicious! kept eating one after the other. I added some chopped organic roasted red pepper, jalapeno pepper, and a little pickle relish---very, very good!
