This was the best bread pudding I have ever had, and I am a bread pudding fanatic. It was phenomenal. The cherries and white chocolate together put this bread pudding over the top.

I made this for Xmas and substituted dried cranberries for the cherries. It was so good that I had to make it again for New Years' Eve. I topped it with melted vanilla ice cream and a splash of Jack Daniels.
