    I made this reduction to go on a whole ribeye. Along with it I drizzled emeril's homemade worchestshire .......Omg! Awesome! Ps... Homemade worchestshire sauce can be found bests in emeril's Christmas cookbook.

    this is one of the most delicious things i ever tasted. served it with very ripe camebert and a really good baguette. few things better in this world! i used abt 3x as many peppercorns as called for.
