This is the only recipe I use for cooking crab legs. It is going to be our New Years Eve dinner again this year. I use whatever beer I have. Thanks Emeril!

We've used this recipe for lobster, shrimp, blue crabs, and king crabs. You literally cannot go wrong with this recipe. The only thing we add is Old Bay seasoning on the shrimp and blue crabs. Highly recommended for steaming any seafood!

Made these last night along with fried shrimp. I put old bay in the beer, and used Coruna. Also, I used lime instead of lemon. Very tasty! We gorged till our hearts content!
