I have made this recipe twice now, and the last time I added shrimp the last two minutes.
I made these last night for New Years Eve, and they turned out fantastic.
This is a very easy recipe to make and I will use it again. Thanks Emeril.

Easiest thing I have ever cooked! So much better than any restaurant cooked crab. Forget Crab Shack... we went to Costco, picked the fattest legs we saw at $19.00 per pound and had a night-long feast. Making them again for Christmas, can't wait!

I was looking for a simple way to create flavorful crab legs. And thanks to Emeril, that's just what I got!! I made this for myself and a friend who gave me huge kudos for my work in the kitchen! Once I was done with the steam for the crabs, I then used the same method to steam some fresh broccoli, which gave it that same "drunken" feel as the crab. Love, Love, Love this recipe! If you're looking for a tasteful and easy way to prepare some crab, you just found what you're looking for!!

This is the only recipe I use for cooking crab legs. It is going to be our New Years Eve dinner again this year. I use whatever beer I have. Thanks Emeril!

We've used this recipe for lobster, shrimp, blue crabs, and king crabs. You literally cannot go wrong with this recipe. The only thing we add is Old Bay seasoning on the shrimp and blue crabs. Highly recommended for steaming any seafood!

Made these last night along with fried shrimp. I put old bay in the beer, and used Coruna. Also, I used lime instead of lemon. Very tasty! We gorged till our hearts content!
