A different sweet flavor for shrimp, but I would serve it with pasta rather than watercress.

This is my favorite recipe. It's very easy yet tastes very complex. I always use good liquor and that probably makes a big difference. I also like to serve french baguettes to dip in the sauce.

I will never again eat Shrimp Newburg. This is an incredible tasting dish and it works just as well with Sherry. Ginger wine can be found in liquor store near the desert wines! Make it for everybody you know!

We loved this recipe! Couldn't find the ginger wine so we substituted sake and it was lovely. Also excellent with lobster....

This dish is one of the best ways to make shrimp. My husband and I agree that this is 5 star gourmet dish. I serve mine with fresh baked french bread to seep up the sauce with.
