    This was good! Mine came out a little thick and didnt smooth out like it said it would but was still yummy and I just thinned it with a little extra chicken stock. Easy and tasty!

    I tried this because we love Mexican food, it looked easy and since my husband has allergies to MSG, store bought sauce is not an option for us. It was very tasty and easy too. I highly reccommend this sauce.

    I love this enchilada sauce. I make batches of it and keep it in the refridgerator for a week. I put it on eggs and make breakfast burritos, or on ground turkey, beef or chicken and make tacos. thanks emeril!
