This Oven-Ribs recipe is Fantastic!
I followed the Rub recipe, except that I had to use fresh thyme leaves, I didn't have any dried thyme. (I cut the rub recipe back, in case the fresh thyme might spoil. I used 3 times the fresh thyme as opposed to the Dried Thyme and ... I added a little Cumin to the rub.
These are Delicious Ribs! I will make them again!
Thanks to the reviewer who mentioned using a rack inside the foil, so that the ribs wouldn't burn. That worked perfectly! The juices that dripped off the ribs 'smoked' and added a lot of flavor!
Try This One! It's Great!

These were by far the best ribs ever. The recipe is so simple and foolproof. Made them early in the morning in the oven and then reheated on outdoor grill in the evening and added bbq sauce then. Also made boneless skinless chix breasts at the same time and the same way. They were great too.

This was so simple you will come out shinning when it gets to the table. I have to say these were some of the best ribs I've had. The meat is so tender you can't even cut them because it just falls off the bone. One time I made it and was in a hurry so just used store bought bbq sauce and it was still wonderful!

These ribs were at best okay. I followed the recipe as is for my first attempt. Yes, they were very tender and the first bite or two was great. After that we were overwhelmed by the saltiness of the ribs and the fact that you completely lost the flavor of the pork due to amount of seasonings.
I will try them again, omitting the extra salt, as well as the celery salt and will decrease the amount of rub (of which I now have enough to cook ribs for the rest of my life!.
Sorry, definitely NOT the best ribs I have had!

I have been doing my ribs like this for years, with a couple of tweeks. I do use a rub (my own recipe and I do cover and seal with foil, but I also spray a cooling rack (same size as the cookie sheet I use with pam and put the ribs (3 usually fit on that, and wrap and seal. They come out awesome every time and never burn . I plan to try Emerils rub this weekend and see if it "kicks it up a notch". thanks Emeril!

This is one of the easiest recipes ever. The best thing is it just happens to be one of the best tasting ones as well. The meat just fell off the bone. I can't wait to cook these again for guests. You could put the meat on your forehead and your tongue would beat your brains to get at it. Awesome, awesome recipe!!!!

This recipe was very simple and really the best ribs I ever made. I split the rub and saved it, and I am using it again for another slab . The meat is so tender, tasty and delicious. I use many recipes from the Foodnetwork.com and I have learned to cook very good food. These ribs were so good that I had to write a comment. Thanks EJ..hey!
