    Didn't make the omelet, but the home fries were fantastic. I'm a vegetarian so I omitted the bacon and used olive oil and butter (mmm, butter instead of the bacon grease. I used more than twice as much essence as recommended. Fantastic!!!!! It's worth waking up early and chopping some potatoes for.
