- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 pound bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
In a wok, heat the peanut oil. When the oil is hot add the sprouts, garlic and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a platter and garnish with peanuts and parsley.
