You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • Crystal Hot Sauce to taste
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a blender, combine first four ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Season the mixture to taste with the Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Store the mixture in a non-reactive container. Refrigerate the mixture for a least 6 hours before serving.

    I loved this receipe but I did make some modifications that worked well for me. I love garlic, but as I was preparing the mix the garlic was beginning to take over. I cut the garlic in half and used a 1/2 tablespoon of citrus seasoning and was extremly pleased with the result.
