Best chicken recipe yet. Full of flavor and easy to prepare. Left out the mushrooms and went alittle easy on the pepper. Hard to mess this one up. Thanks Emeril

I've been making this one for years. I double the recipe to last for two more dinners. Use fresh whole mushrooms and add some mixed frozen veggies. Everyone shows up for this dinner!!!

We watched Emeril prepare this on his show a couple of weeks ago, I found it on the website today and prepared it tonight, nothing but delicious!!! Thank you Emeril for your expertice in teaching us to enjoy cooking as well as the end result....this was indescribably wonderful!!!

I've made several versions of Chicken Cacciatore, but this one is by far the best. My husband and I have discussed why, and we've come to the conclusion that it's the Essence, that adds additional flavor. What's amazing is how quickly I can prepare this.

This recipe worked great even without onions. I used onion powder (that I had in my pantry, and it worked out just fine. I'd recommend this one to anyone!
