This is a great recipe. My twin 4-year-olds claim that this is their 2nd-favorite food (Pizza is their first. I actually like the recipe better with asparagus than green beans, but I tend to choose whichever looks most fresh at the store.

Fast, easy, and very good. A bit salty... next time I'll try making it with reduced sodium soy and/or eliminating the salt in Emeril's Asian Spice blend (per previous reviewers... 1 TBL 5 Spice powder, 1 TBL salt, 1 TBL sugar, 1 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 3/4 tsp cayenne. I was able to make this recipe with ingredients that I already had on hand in the freezer and pantry. I doubled everything except the cooking oil (not necessary in a good non-stick wok. This one's a keeper!

Delicious Fast Easy Needed to triple recipe for family of four. Liked making own spice blend per previous reviews. Added mushrooms. Did not triple spice level!

Great recipe! I would even recommend doubling as it makes great left overs.

Fantastic recipe. A little too spicy for me so I reduced the amount of sriracha. I also did not find it necessary to use 1/4 cup of oil.

We really liked the flavor of this recipe. I will definitely be making this again. I changed very little. First, 6 oz of chicken to feed 4 people? Really only possible if 2 aren't eating. I used 1 1/2 LBS of chicken and doubled the sauce. Watch the heat if doubling. You might not want to put in twice the hot pepper and pepper sauce. I did add bias cut carrots. Next time I would NOT use 1/4 cup of oil. Completely unnecessary. Most stir fry recipes call for a few table spoons. It would have been enough.

Emeril's Asian Spice recipe is :
    1 TBL 5 Spice powder
    1 TBL salt
    1 TBL sugar
    1 1/2 tsp black pepper
    3/4 tsp cayenne

I mixed this and then put it in a zip lock for the next time I make this recipe. I certainly will use it.

This recipe was awesome and easy to make. I added fresh mushrooms, and used crushed peanuts instead of cashews. We will make this again for sure!
