Excellent dish. My family loved it. I only wish there were a way to create a little sauce.

Best stir-fry ever! I added cumin with the Asian spice blend. I also put in yellow pepper and snow peas. In lieu of cashews, slivered almonds. With the sesame oil I also put in Mongolian fire oil. I had hot chili garlic sauce instead of garlic-red pepper. All together, the most amazing flavor. It was so quick and easy prepare.

Fantastic! I used top sirloin steak instead of chicken, and it worked perfectly. I will definitely make this again. I also left out the red pepper flakes to keep it family friendly.

Absolutely delicious!!! Well worth the amount of oils, sauces, and spices needed. I'll make this again and again.

We all (adults & kids alike really liked this stir-fry recipe. I served it with Jasmine rice and extra soy sauce. I did change things up a bit as I didn't have Asian spice (used a sprinkling of ginger, sugar, black pepper and a little cayenne instead. Also, I used boneless-skinless, chicken thighs. I did not add the hoisin sauce and I used peanuts instead of cashews because that's what I had on hand. I added some roughly chopped cilantro on top before serving. Delicious!

Excellent stir fry recipe, tons of flavor and all 5 kids loved it! That right there gives it a 5 star rating. It was a great way to use up some of the green beans from the garden. I will definitely make this one again.

I made this because I had chicken and green beans and searched for a recipe. It was such a hit! I had everything except the cashews and green onions and it was still great! My husband told me I should make this next time we have people over. Next time I'll make sure to have the cashews and green onions and it will be that much better! I took some out before I added the spice so my little one would eat it and he loved it too! I had to adjust the sauce because I used a full pound of chicken, but doubling it worked just fine.
